Welcome to Coaching Writers! I'm so glad that you're here.

This is a short workshop focused on developing a coaching service that works for you and your business.

I'm Tanya. 👋🏻 I've been in publishing for over 20 years and have loved seeing how the industry has evolved.

Over the years, I've worked on all sorts of cool books and projects. And now that I'm running my own business, I get to follow where my inspiration leads me. And among all the awesome stuff I get to do, I coach writers.

And these are my editorial assistants 🦖🦕🐙, who will be helping me out in this workshop.

This workshop is based on discussions I've had with other editors in coaching and mentoring sessions over the years.

I take the same approach in this workshop as I do during those sessions. I walk you through a series of reflective exercises that lead you to further shape your business to suit your process and your needs.

We'll spend some time exploring what coaching can be and how the different options resonate with you.

We'll then move on to considering how to make coaching fit within your business and work best for you.

My aim is for you to come out of this workshop with ideas for coaching services that feel right for you and the way you want to run your business.
