All the videos in this course have captions and transcripts. You can switch on captions by clicking on the CC, at the bottom of each video then selecting English. You can access the transcripts by clicking on CC, then selecting Search Video. The transcripts are also available as downloads right under each video. 

You'll also find worksheets in most lessons. Those are available in both Word and PDF format. You can pick whichever works best for you.
