COURSES FOR EDITORS

Looking for help with your professional development? You're in the right place!

I've got courses! I've got workshops! Some are self-paced and some are instructor-led. Some can help you with your business and some can help you with your craft.

They're all packed with information and exercises to help you get where you want to go. And they all feature my trusty editorial assistants. 🦖🦕

Hi, I’m Tanya 👋🏻

I’m a book editor, translator, educator, and literary omnivore. I've been in publishing for over twenty years and love this industry to bits.

I work with authors and publishers, editing and translating SFF, horror, contemporary realism, memoir, interactive fiction, and graphic novels.

I support editors and writers one on one, and teach in a bunch of places, including the Editorial Freelancers Association and Emerson College's MFA in Popular Fiction program.

It has been suggested that I read too much for my own good. This might be true.

Self-Paced Courses for Editors

You can get these courses right away and take them whenever works for you.

And if you want additional support while you're working through them, you have the option to get some one-on-one time with me.

All self-paced courses are available for two years after purchase.

Who Are These Editorial Assistants?

I have a bunch of buddies who help me keep things running around here. One of the many things they do is help me illustrate ideas and concepts in my courses. Want to get to know them better? Take a course, get my newsletter, or track me down on social media!
